- Control times of all runners (Short and Classic only).
- Map with courses.
- A short description of the terrain used.
- An even shorter description of the weather.
The control times of all runners are very large text files which possibly
cannot be viewed properly by your web browser, e.g. Netscape, because of
the long lines (>1000 characters per line). Alternatively, save the file(s)
and edit it/them in your favorite text editor. To see the format of theses
files, click here.
The control times are also available by anonymous ftp at
ftp.netcom.com/pub/fi/finna.
Finn Arildsen (finna@netcom.com) have been so kind to provide space for
the files.

Short distance, Grund, 9 July 1995
The terrain for the Short Distance is mostly undulating deciduous forest
with a lot of tracks and paths. The paths are very indistinct.
The forest floor is damp, with areas of thich undergrowth including
stinging nettles.
A lot of ditches are found all over the area and the contouring lacks fine
details.
Both runnability and visibility are very varied caused by the
vigorous undergrowth, but nevertheless they are generally good.
Weather: 25 degrees centigrade, not a single cloud in the sky and a
delightful breeze from SE.
Results from the Short distance.

Classic, Velling/Snabergård, 11 July 1995
The terrain for the classic competition is very varied. The forest consists
of both coniferous and deciduous trees. In recent years large parts of the
old coniferous forest have been cut down and therefore there are many open
areas.
Undulation of the terrain is high with a good network of tracks and
paths.
Runnability and visibility are generally good. A few parts with thick
undergrowth, mostly bracken.
Weather: 25 degrees centigrade, not a single cloud in the sky and no wind.
Results from the Classic competition.

Relay, Ry Sønderskov, 12 July 1995
The area used for the relay competition is one of the best orienteering
terrains in Denmark. It was used for the relay in the senior World
Championship of 1974.
The map covers two different kinds of terrain. The eastern part is very
hilly with a large number of contour details. Care with choice is essential.
The western part is flatter, but still with a fair number of details.
Both parts consists primarily of open forest (a mixture of coniferous and
deciduous).
Runnability and visibility are good in most parts.
Weather: 28 degrees centigrade, still not a cloud in the sky and again a
small breeze from SE.
Unofficial results from the Relay.
